Rogue Fitness MG-4 Fully Adjustable Multi Grip Bar in phenomenal condition. This is an amazing bar. One of my favorite Swiss Bars! Only selling this bar because I have too many at the moment. If I sell some of the other others, I will be keeping this one. Comes with 3 pairs of grips that are interchangeable to be made as close or as wide as you would like. 2 pairs are angled. 1 pair is straight They only come with 2 pairs, but I bought a third pair for the versatility. This bar also comes with the long rotating sleeves. the rotating sleeves are great for your wrist, elbow, shoulder joints.
