Laser-cut 11-gauge steel with a heavy-duty gloss black powder coat, made in the USA. Fits 3x3" racks with 1" or 5/8" holes and rack widths 47"–49" (41"–43" crossmembers), including Rogue and REP despite their different upright spacing.
