TLDR, Used like new condition. 11 gauge, powder coated steel. Fits most 3x3 and 75x75mm uprights with 1 inch holes. Pad Length 16" / 407mm Pad Width 12" / 305mm Pad Thickness 2.25" / 57mm Bracket Length 11.5" / 292mm Pad allows for seven training angles. Weight capacity: 500lb / 226kg We've used this Seal Row Pad for four to five workouts a week for the past three years. Pad is still in great shape. I've used it for everything from Kroc Rows to Jefferson Deadlifts without a wobble. Selling to make room in the garage for new gear.
