This one also includes additional components from the newer Quantum Free Trainer, including: * Lat pulldown assembly and anchor with leg rollers and pulley system. * 2 Landmine attachments * Full and half impact buffer * Straight bar * Multiple handles/attachments shown in the photos * 360-degree adjustable lever arms Great option for presses, rows, pulldowns, squats, landmine movements, arms, shoulders and full-body training without taking up the space of several individual machines.
